The maximum length of day at Duo Housing is a combined 14
nights. Extensions are available on a case-by-case basis and with prior
approval from property manager
Taxes are an additional 14% of your reservation total.
Please
return all bedding and towels upon check out. If all of your bedding
and towels are not returned your credit will be charged for any missing
items.
If you arrive to Duo Housing without a reservation there may or may not
be a bed available, so its always best to make a reservation! The
"walk-in" rate ( if you do not have a reservation ) is an additional fee
in addition to the posted nightly rate.
You must have a valid credit card to checkin to Duo Housing. We do NOT accept any cash payments what so ever.
For
your traveling ease and security, Please Note: The entire remaining
balance of your reservation will be automatically charged to the credit
card you made your reservation with 48 Hours Prior to Your Arrival.
If
the amount remaining is not pre-charged 48 hours in advance of your
checkin, your reservation is not guaranteed. Please let us know if your
credit card information has changed.
If you make a reservation that has a check-in date of LESS THAN 48
HOURS away, your credit card must be valid. If your credit card is
declined upon processing ( which happens within hours of your
reservation being made, your reservation will be canceled immediately.
If you wish to cancel for
any reason please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your
reservation. Otherwise the first day of your reservation will be charged
in accordance with HostelWorld / Hostelbookers policy; as is stated in
the terms of service you agreed to upon your booking.
Any group of 5 guests or more must be prepaid 7 days prior to your scheduled check in date. Any group that wishes to cancel must cancel 5 days prior to your arrival.
All guests must be over the age of 18!
Any
disturbances caused by a guest to other guests, staff, or the property
itself may result in the guest being removed from the proeprty
Each
guest is required to clean up after themselves and keeping tidy,
including but not limited to their bedding, clothing and personal
belongings in the bedroom and common areas, keeping clean of dishes and
utensils that the guest uses, and anything else that is left in any
common area.
All common areas are secured with CCTV
digital recording cameras. By checking in to the property you
acknowledge that recording is in progress.
While every attempt is made to provide a safe and secure housing solution,
Duo
Housing LLC, its management, staff, and associates take no
responsibility for any personal belongings; the guest is responsible for
the security of all their personal belongings.
